Rachael Kaplan creates unique fused dichroic glass jewelry with images of nature, animals, symbols, copper wire spirals and more fused inside. Many are set into silver or gold settings. Some combined both the fused glass and metalsmithing with copper images soldered into the silver. "This jewelry is inspired by the beauty of nature and the reflection of light," Kaplan says.
"Approaching life with a colorful sense of curiousity..."
From as close as Guerneville, to as far as Italy, our artists offer a different way to look at our world. They are painters, sculptors, photographers, furniture makers, jewelry makers and glass-blowers. Some are world-renowned fine artists, some are popular street artists, and yet others, up and coming talents in their mediums. The one thing they all have in common is a unique perspective on color, form, artistry and life. We invite you to get to know our artists. Walk in their footsteps, delve into their minds, and see through their eyes...

Randy Snyder: Raku Pottery is my main focus. Raku is an old Japanese form of firing pottery that give the glazes a rich metallic effects. It also turns the clay black where no glaze is applied. I individually hand build or use the potters wheel to make each piece. Because of the Raku firing and the construction techniques I
use each piece is unique.
