Jenner Inn is in the town of Jenner by the Sea on Hwy 1.
The grotto event space is behind the Jenner Inn. The Jenner Inn is in town across the street from the visitors center and next to the gas station. The photos below will give you an idea of the space. Please note the grass will be cut before event day. Tables and chairs will be moved and relocated. The grotto has 3 acres of beautiful space that was donated for the event.
There are two entrances to the grotto space. I will let you know what entrance to use to get to the grotto. The Inn is remodeling so entrance 1 may not be open on event .
Entrance 1 may not be open on event day due to remodeling. Will keep you posted.
Entrance 2 will be open on event day.
Once you enter the Jenner Inn property you will see the entrance to the grotto.
Once you unload your set up in the grotto you will need to move your vehicle to the designated artist, vendor, musician parking space outside the grotto.
The artist space will be marked on event day. Artist booths will be set up in the front and center of the space. People will need to see your art first. Music and food & wine will be in the back.
The Stewards will be on site to identify your 10x10 space. Please come on time to ensure we are ready. Set up starts at 8am.
This is the gazebo where we will have music through out the event.
In front of the gazebo and next to the creek we will set up tables and chairs for guests to hear the music, drink fine wine and beer, and eat some tasty food. We will be selling food and drink tickets for the event. We are donating 25% of all beer and wine sales to the Monte Rio Fire Services Foundation.
The day of the event we will create a beautiful space for people to enjoy the music, food and drink.
Wine Tasting, Beer and Food Booths will be along the back of the venue.
Guest have several places to park on event day. The first area is in the space before the grotto entrance. The second is the parking space at the Jenner Community Club. We have rented this space for the day. The third space is across the street just up from the visitor parking across from entrance 2.
Artist and Vendors will not park in the guest parking spots. We have a designated parking space for them.
