This native New Yorker has moved to Sonoma Coast from Los Angeles.
Images I select to photograph inspire me. For landscapes I attempted to capture the narrative of a unique place.

In photography, timing and setting is everything and nothing is left to chance. An image can end in a moment or never materialize. For all of my photography, minimum digital processing is used so the colors shown are what I saw in real-time. This is nature's palette.

I have spent time in nature studying wildlife. I scout out a location to anticipate areas they may visit. Some days there is no burrowing owl occupying that particular hole. There are times when you are rewarded. You then wait for the shot that will capture there personality.

On my website you will see a variety of landscapes and wildlife that have inspire me and captured my heart.
